12/04/2009Effective 01/01/2010, the Florida Supreme has mandated that parties in circuit civil and family law cases must file a cover sheet upon case initiation, and parties in circuit civil cases must file a final disposition form. These forms are now available on our website under Court Forms, in the Circuit Civil and Family Law sections.
12/15/2009Starting Tuesday, January 12, 2010, the Leon County Clerk's Office will offer a Self Help Program every Tuesday afternoon for customers who need procedural advice in Family Law cases. Click here for more information.
