07/27/2010Effective 8/03/10 the Leon County Courthouse Annex at 1920 Thomasville Road will reopen for business. Individuals with county civil, traffic infraction (civil traffic), and small claims/landlord tenant cases should report to the Thomasville Road facility for their hearings. A traffic infraction payment office will be open during scheduled court times for the payment of traffic infractions. At all other times, payment will be accepted and customer service provided at the main Courthouse and at the Heritage Plaza office, 2810 Sharer Road, Suite 19. Individuals uncertain of where they should go for a hearing may call the Clerk's information line at 577-4001.
