2010 CA 002313: FLORIDA PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S ASSOCIATION INC vs SECRETARY OF STATE STATE OF FLORIDA
Plaintiff seeks a writ of mandamus against the Florida Secretary of State, to direct the Secretary to expunge from the official records of the State House Bill 5001's language that "no state agency may expend funds provided in this act for bar dues".

2010 CA 002202: MANGAT, MONA vs DEPT OF STATE
Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief against the Department of State, to enjoin the placement on the November 2010 general election ballot of Amendment 9 ("Health Care Freedom") to the Florida Constitution, claiming that the ballot title and summary language are misleading.

2010 CA 002114: DOYLE, BRIAN K vs DAWN K ROBERT AS ACTING SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE
Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief from Defendant in their challenge of the validity of Senate Joint Resolution 532 for placement on the November 2010 general election ballot. Known as "Amendment 3", the amendment proposes to reduce the cap on annual increases in assessments of certain real property and to provide an additional homestead tax exemption for persons meeting certain criteria.

2010 CA 001824: BROWN, CORRINE vs ROBERTS, DAWN K
Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief from the Defendant, specifically a court ruling that the ballot summary of the proposed constitutional amendment concerning congressional reapportionment is misleading and violates FS 101.161(1), and should not be placed on the 2010 General Election Ballot by the Defendant.

2010 CA 001803: FLORIDA STATE CONFERENCE OF NAACP BRANCHES vs DEPT OF STATE
The Florida State Conference of NAACP Branches, the League of Women Voters of Florida, and other plaintiffs seek injunctive and declaratory relief against the Department of State and the Secretary of State, challenging the legal sufficiency of Amendment 7 to the Florida Constitution, concerning redistricting, submitted by the Florida Legislature to be placed on the 11/02/10 ballot.

2010 CA 001726: CIT TECHNOLOGY FINANCING SERVICES I LLC vs GRAPHICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS OF TALLAHASSEE INC

2010 CA 000478: ALACHUA COUNTY FLORIDA vs LARRY CRETUL AS SPEAKER OF THE FLORIDA HOUSE OF RE
Nine counties, the Florida Association of Counties, the Florida League of Cities, and the Florida School Boards Association seek declaratory and supplemental relief from the Speaker of the Florida House and the Senate President, seeking to declare 2009-49 unconstitutional. This Act amended FS 163.31801 and the plaintiffs allege that the Act "imposed significant restrictions on the ability of local governments to impose impact fees for the funding of growth related infrastructure in the aggregate."
