2014 CA 002282: MCCALL, JOANNE vs SCOTT, RICK
Plaintiffs seek to have the court declare the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program, under FS 1002.395, declared as unconstitutional and enjoined from further operation, alleging that the program is an attempt by the legislature to establish a state program to pay for private school education.

2014 CA 002141: CITY OF TALLAHASSEE vs CITIZENS FOR ETHICS REFORM
Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief concerning the defendant's proposed ballot summary and amendment to the Tallahassee City Charter concerning a local ethics code, an ethics board, a city ethics officer, and limits on campaign contributions.

2014 CA 002090: ELLIOTT, JESSICA A vs DETZNER, KEN
Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, challenging the constitutional eligibility of Democratic candidate George Sheldon to hold office as the Attorney General of Florida.

2014 CA 001994: FULLWOOD, REGINALD vs DETZNER, KEN
Plaintiff seeks relief mandamus from the Secretary of State's rejection of his "Form 6" and declining to qualify Plaintiff as a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 13, in the 2014 election.

2014 CA 001859: FAASSE, TOM vs SCOTT, RICK
Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief and a determination that Chapter 2014-184, Laws of Florida ("an act relating to education"), is in violation of the "single subject" rule of Article III, section 6, Florida Constitution, and is thus of no force and effect.

2014 CA 001803: LEVEY, LAURA RIVERO vs DETZNER, KEN
Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief: When her bank placed a hold on a contribution check to her campaign account, the Florida Secretary of State notified her 11 days after the qualifying period ended. When Plaintiff tendered a cashier's check and a letter from the bank that the issue was "due to bank error", the Secretary of State refused to accept the payment and qualify Plaintiff as a candidate for House District 113.

2014 CA 001684: ADAMS, ROBERT vs BRAY, RONALD
Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief, asking the Court to declare that Defendant Bray is not qualified to run as a write-in candidate for the State House of Representatives, District 96, and to enjoin Defendants Detzner and Snipes from precluding qualified voters from voting in the August 2014 primary election for this seat.

2014 CA 001435: TROTTI, DAVID P vs DETZNER, KEN
In this case transferred from the Florida Supreme Court, Petitioner seeks mandamus relief to compel the FL Secretary of State to accept his qualifying paperwork and fee for Group 12 of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of FL.

2014 CA 001321: APTHORP, JAMES W vs KEN DETZNER SECRETARY OF STATE OF FLORIDA
In this case transferred from the Florida Supreme Court, Petitioner seeks mandamus relief to require compliance with the constitutional directive for full and public financial disclosure, alleging that FS 112.31425 is unconstitutional in its allowance of "qualified blind trusts".

2014 CA 001217: MAGNOLIA FLORIDA TAX CERTIFICATES LLC vs DEPT OF REVENUE
Plaintiff sues the FL Department of Revenue and several county tax collectors for injunctive and declaratory relief regarding its claim that tax collectors have promulgated and enforced rules that violate FS 197.432 by implementing a single simultaneous bidder rule, by requiring unreasonable deposits and unnecessary documentary requirements, and by undertaking other actions that prevent legal persons from bidding in tax certificate auctions.
